Cenomi Retail GA amends articles of association related to fiscal year

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (Cenomi Retail) announced on Thursday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (the first meeting), which was held on Wednesday 28/12/2022, through modern technology. The legal quorum of shareholders representing at least 50% of the share capital was achieved.
