Cenomi Centers amends articles of association related to fiscal year
Arabian Centers Co. (Cenomi Centers) announced on Thursday the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting (First Meeting), held on Wednesday 28 December 2022.
The Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:
1) Approving the amendment of item 45 of the Company’s Bylaws, related to the fiscal year.
