Banan Real Estate: Abdul Mohsen Al Haqbani Chairman of BOD, Majed Al-Nasser as CEO

Banan Real Estate Company announced on Tuesday that its Board of Directors, elected during the Ordinary General Assembly held on 21/11/2022, held its first meeting on 12/26/2022 and issued the following decisions:

First: Appointing Mr. Abdul Mohsen Abdul Aziz Al Haqbani as Chairman of the Board of Directors

Second: Appointing / Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al-Haqbani as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors

Third: Extension for the CEO, Mr. Majed Abdullah Al-Nasser (member from outside the board)

Fourth: Appointing Mr. Abdul Mohsen Abdul Aziz Al-Haqbani, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Majid Abdullah Al-Nasser, Chief Executive Officer, as representatives of the company to the Capital Market Authority.

Fifth: Appointing the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
