Americana Restaurants announces listing and trading shares in Main Market

Saudi Exchange announced on Thursday the listing and trading shares of Americana Restaurants International PLC on the Main Market on Monday [12] December, 2022, as a concurrent and dual listing in KSA and UAE with the symbol 6015 and ISIN Code: AEE01135A222.
The daily price fluctuation limits will not be applied to the company’s shares during the first three days of listing, with applying +/- 10% static price fluctuation limits. And from the fourth trading day onwards, the daily price fluctuation limits will be applied to be -/+ 10%, and the static price fluctuation limit will no longer apply, according to Trading and Membership Procedures.
