Almarai BOD recommends distributing SR1 bln in cash dividends of 2022

The Board of Directors of Almarai Company, during its meeting on 19th December 2022, has recommended to the General Assembly a payment of dividend for the financial year 2022 as follows:
The total amount distributed is SR1,000 million. The number of shares eligible for dividends is 1,000 million. The dividend per share is SR1.00. The percentage of dividend to the share par value (%) is 10 %
Dividends will be paid to the shareholders who are registered in Tadawul at the end of the second trading day following the General Assembly Meeting. Date of the General Assembly Meeting will be fixed after obtaining the approval from the related government agencies.
Dividend payment will be made after the approval of the General Assembly.

Almarai urges its shareholders to update their data and link their bank account numbers to their investment portfolios to ensure the timely receipt of their dividends.
