ADDWAIEH announces completion of technical and engineering works for Spimaco Pharmaceutical Tower

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO ADDWAIEH) announced on Sunday the completion of the technical and engineering works for SPIMACO’s tower in the Al-Sahafah district.
The company has received all the licenses and certificates from the official authorities to start the tower’s occupancy.
The company said in a statement on Sunday on Tadawul that the total costs are approximately SR206 million, indicating that the costs changed after the project was put up for competition, as the aforementioned amount is an initial estimate.
