“Saudi Rayan Advanced” sets offering price at SR72/share
Al-Dukheil Financial Group, in its capacity as the financial advisor for the initial public offering of “Rayan Advanced Industries” company in the parallel market, announced setting the offering price at (72) riyals per share.
It explained that the offering period will start on Sunday, corresponding to 11/20/2022 AD, and will end on Thursday, corresponding to 11/24/2022 AD.
