The share of The Perfect Presentation Company (Tobi) topped the list of the most active in terms of value in the Saudi stock market “Tadawul” during the first two hours of the first day of listing the share in the stock market, with transactions amounting to about 452 million riyals, amid trading of about 2.2 million shares.

The stock reached 222 riyals per share during the first two hours of trading, up 20% from the share offering price of 185 riyals per share, at its highest level in two hours.

It is noteworthy that the listing and trading of the shares of the Perfect Presentation Company for Commercial Services (TUBI) is being listed and started in the main market, as of today, Wednesday 04/22/1444 AH corresponding to 11/16/2022 AD, with the trading code 7204 and the international symbol SA15LISJGI11, and that The daily fluctuation limits are +/- 30% with fixed fluctuation limits of +/- 10% applied. And these limits are applied only during the first three days of listing, and starting from the fourth day of trading, the daily price fluctuation limits will be reset to -/+ 10%, and the fixed limits of price fluctuation will be abolished.

The company offered 4.5 million shares, representing 30%, of its 15 million shares, for public subscription. The subscription witnessed a great turnout, as it was covered 61 times by institutions and 3.75 times by individuals.
