Thimaar announces not publishing financial statements for 9-month period ending on September 30, 2022

Thimar Development Holding Company clarified on Thursday that it will not be able to publish the financial statements for the nine-month period ending on September 30, 2022 on the specified date, because the company is still working with the external auditor to issue the interim financial statements for the first, second and third quarters 2021 and the annual financial statements 2021, and the interim financial statements for the first and the second quarter 2022.
It will be announced as soon as the external auditor is approved it. The company has worked during the last period to issue the interim financial statements for the third quarter of 2019, the annual financial statements for the year 2019, the interim financial statements for the first, second and third quarters of the year 2020, and the annual financial statements for the year 2020.
The company clarified that the procedures for suspending trading in listed securities will continue to be applied in accordance with the listing rules approved by the Capital Market Authority Board Decision No. (1-10-2019) dated 30-01-2019 and announced on (Tadawul) website on 25 Mar 2019.
