SPM deposits SR14.74 mln in compensation for rights holders who do not exercise right to subscribe to new shares

The Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company (SPM) announced on Tuesday that compensation amounts had been deposited for holders of priority rights who did not exercise their right to subscribe to new shares and those entitled to fractional shares in their bank accounts (investment portfolio).
It added that the total amount to be distributed to eligible persons who did not exercise their subscription right and those eligible for fractions is SR14,747,916.72.
Alinma Bank deposited the amounts in the bank accounts (investment portfolio) of the eligible persons who did not exercise their right to subscribe to the new shares and those entitled to fractional shares.
As for the eligible persons whose account information was not available or needed to be completed, they can communicate with the Shareholders Relations Department during official working hours.
