Raydan Food deposits proceeds of selling fractional shares from capital decrease in shareholders accounts… 20 November
Raydan Food Company announced on Thursday the completion of the sale of fractional shares following the decrease of the company’s capital based on the approval of the extraordinary general assembly that was held on 05-10-2022.
The company said in a statement on Thursday on Tadawul that the date of depositing the amounts of selling fractional shares in the accounts of eligible shareholders will be on 11-20-2022.
