MOBI GA Agrees To Amend Article Of Articles Of Association Related To Shareholder Register

National Fertilizer Co. (MOBI Industry) announced on Sunday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) which was held after the quorum was secured.
Voting results on the items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda:
1) Approving the amendment to Article No. (2) of the company bylaws relates to the Company Name.
2) Approving the amendment to Article No. (4) of the company bylaws relates to participation and acquisition.
3) Approving the amendment to Article No. (12) of the company bylaws relating to trading in shares.
4) Approving on the amendment to Article No.(13) of the company bylaws which relates to Shareholder Register
5) Approving the amendment to Article No.(20) of the company bylaws relates to Vacant Positions on the Board.
6) Approving the amendment to Article No.(22) of the company bylaws relates to the Remuneration of the Board Members.
7) Approving the amendment to Article No.(25) of the company bylaws which relates to the Quorum of the Board Meetings.
8) Approving the amendment to Article No.(27) of the company bylaws which relates to Attending Assembly.
9) Approving to delete of Article (28) of the company bylaws relates to the Conversion Assembly.
10) Approving the deletion of Article (29) of the company bylaws relates to the Functions Conversion Assembly.
11) Approving the amendment to Article No.(33) of the company bylaws relates to the Assemblies Attendance Register.
12) Approving the amendment to Article No.(34) of the company bylaws relates to the Quorum of the Ordinary General Assembly.
13) Approving the amendment to Article No.(35) of the company bylaws which relates to the Quorum of the Extraordinary General Assembly .
14) Approving the amendment to Article No.(47) of the company bylaws relates to Financial Documents.
