MIS announces amendment of credit facility agreement of SR150 mlna

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced on Sunday the renewal and amendment of the bank facility in compliant with Islamic Sharia with The Gulf International Bank -Saudi Arabia as follows:
The financing amount is SR150,000,000.00. The financing duration is valid till 27/06/2023. The facility agreement is secured by Promissory notes to the amount of total facilities limit
The financing objective is represented in invoice payables, project financing and issuance of letters of credit & guarantee.
