MEPCO appoints Musab Al-Muhaidib as BOD Chairman, Abdullah Al-Moammar as Vice Chairman

Middle East Paper Company (MEPCO) announced on Tuesday that its board of directors which is elected during the Ordinary General Assembly held on Thursday 03/11/2022, held its first meeting on 14/11/2022 and made the following decisions:

First: Appointment of Mr. Musaab Sulaiman Abdulkader Al-Muhaidib as Chairman of the Board of Directors

Second: Appointment of Eng. Abdullah Abdulrahman Al-Moammar as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

Third: Formation of the Nominations and Remunerations Committee from the following members:

• Omar Mohammedsiraj Najjar
• Nathalie Potvin
• Rob Jan Renders

Fourth: The formation of the Strategic Committee from the following members:

• Abdullah Abdulrahman Al-Moammar
• Rob Jan Renders
• Musaab Sulaiman Al-Muhaidib
• Victor Sanz

Fifth: Formation of a Risk, Compliance & ESG Committee.

• Walid Ibrahim Shukri
• Waleed Abdulrahman Al Monie
• Nathalie Potvin
• Hawazen Nazih Nassief

A Board Secretary has also been appointed, as well as the Company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
