GASCO GA elects 10 members to BOD

National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) announced on Sunday the Results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, (First Meeting).
Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agendas:
1. Approval of the election of the following members of the Board of Directors for the new period of three years starting from 29/11/2022 until 28/11/2025 (In order by voting results)
1- Eng. Abdulrahman Abdulaziz bin Sulaiman
2- Mr. Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Mohsen
3- Mr. Bakr Abdulrahman Al Muhanna (Representative of PIF)
4- Mr. Raed Abdullah Al Tamimi
5- Dr. Mohammed Hamad Al Kathiri
6- Mr. Ibrahim Hamad Abdullah AlRashid (Representative of Social Development Bank)
7- Dr. Saad Abdulaziz Alhoqail
8- Eng. Abdulaziz Fahad Al Khayyal
9- Mr. Turki Abdullah Al Jawini (Representative of Human Resources Development Fund)
10- Mr. Ali Mohammed AlSaflan
2. Approval on delegating the Board of Directors for the new period that begins on 29/11/2022 with the authority of the General Assembly as per the authorization contained in paragraph (1) of Article (71) of the Companies Law, for a period of one year from the date of the approval by of the General Assembly or until the end of the delegated Board of directors term, whichever is earlier, in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Regulatory Rules and Procedures issued pursuant to the Companies Law relating to Listed Joint Stock Companies.
