East Pipes deposits proceeds resulting from sale of fractional ‎shares related to capital increase to Eligible Shareholders’ ‎Accounts

East Pipes Integrated company for Industry announces the distribution of proceeds to eligible shareholders from the sale of fractional shares in connection with the Company’s issuance of one bonus share for every two shares held by shareholders as approved by the extraordinary general assembly (first meeting) held on Wednesday 23/03/1444H Corresponding to 19 /10/ 2022. The number of shares sold reached 8102 shares, while the amount of return from the sale of fractional shares amounted to 387,364.70 riyals, and the average selling price per share was 47.83 riyals.

The proceeds from the sale of the fractional shares will be deposited to shareholders’ bank accounts linked to their investment portfolios.
