Dallah Health appoints Tarek Alkasabi as BOD Chairman and Mohi Elddin Kamel as Vice Chairman

Dallah Healthcare Company announced on Wednesday that its Board, which was elected in its general assembly held on Wednesday 19-10-2022, has held its first meeting on 01-11-2022 and issued the following decisions:
1- Appointing Eng. Tarek Bin Osman Alkasabi as chairman of the board.
2- Appointing Mr. Mohi Elddin Bin Saleh Kamel as Vice Chairman of the board,
3- Forming Compensation and Remuneration Committee from the following members:
– Eng. Tarek Bin Osman Alkasabi.
– Eng. Talal Ibrahim Al-Maiman
– Dr. Fahad bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah
– Mr. Amr bin Mohammed Kamel
4- Forming Investment and Financing Committee from the following members:
– Eng. Tarek Bin Osman Alkasabi.
– Dr. Mohammed Bin Rashed Alfagih.
– Mr. Mohi Elddin Bin Saleh Kamel
-Eng. Mohamed Nabil Hefni
Also, the board secretary was appointed in addition to appointment of company representatives to the Capital Market Authority and to the Saudi Capital Market Company (Tadawul).
