Central Bank increases capital of Salama Insurance to SR200 mln, through offering priority rights shares

Salama Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Monday that it has received the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia’s letter No. (44036229) dated 20.11.2022, which includes the approval of the Central Bank to increase the company’s capital from (SR100 million) to (SR200 million) by offering Primary rights shares.
In addition, approved the amendment of the capital article in the company’s articles of association It is valid for six months from its date to complete the capital increase process.
