Amana Insurance announces contract termination with Suleiman Hilal as company CEO, assigning Rasheed Nader as managing director for a month

Amana Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Monday the Board of Directors’ decision dated 06/11/2022, which was approved by passing on 07/11/2022, to terminate the contract with Mr. Suleiman Mahmoud Hilal from his position as CEO of the company.
It added that the assigning of the board member, Mr. Rasheed Salim Abi Nader, to the duties of the managing director for a period of one month, taking the necessary official approvals for this, and granting him all the powers of the CEO of the company to enable him to carry out his duties
