Alamar GA approves electing two BOD members

The Board of Directors of Alamar Foods Company is pleased to announce the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, which was held at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, 13 November 2022G corresponding to 19 Rabi Althani 1444 H, by means of modern technology.

Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:

Approval of the election of two replacement members of the Board of Directors for the current session, which started February 08, 2020 and is ending on February 7, 2023 as follows:

1- Mr. Zaki Abdulaziz Ali Alshowaier

2- Mr. Nowfal Trabelsi
