ALAKARIA announces transfer of ownership of sukuk from Real Estate Development Fund to Hodood Real Estate

The Saudi Real Estate Company (ALAKARIA) announced on Sunday that we have completion of the transfer of ownership of the deeds of the lands dated 10/11/2022 from Alinma Alakaria Real Estate Fund to Hodoud Real Estate Investment.
This comes with reference to the Company’s latest announcement, dated 26/10/2022, in connection with the establishment of the new limited liability company, Hodoud Real Estate Investment, a fully owned subsidiary, to transfer the ownership of lands invested earlier in the Alinma Alakaria Real Estate Fund.
