Al Ma’ather REIT Fund distributes SR27 mln profits to unit holders for 9 months

Osool & Bakheet Investment Company announced on Sunday the distribution of cash. Dividends to the Unitholders of Al Ma’ather REIT for the nine months ending on 30/09/2022 are as follows:
Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of “Monday, 28/11/2022 (end of the trading day Thursday, 24/11/2022).
The eligibility for cash distributions will be for the unitholders, according to the unitholders register at the end of “Monday, 28/11/2022 (the end of trading on Thursday on 11/24/2022.
The company said in a statement on Sunday on Tadawul that the number of existing units based on which the cash dividends will be distributed is 61,370,000 shares. It will also be within 10 days of the due date.
The Fund Manager reminds the unitholders to update their information with the Capital Market Institution where their accounts are held to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
