Al-Jouf Cement deposits return of fractional shares resulting from capital reduction in shareholders accounts

Al-Jouf Cement Company announced on Tuesday the completion of the distribution of fractional shares resulting from the reduction of the company’s capital based on the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly (the second meeting) held on August 29, 2022.

It added that the fractional shares sales revenue is 359132.32. The average selling price per share is          12.30.

According to the company’s statement published on Tadawul, the number of sold shares amounted to 29,194 shares, and the date of depositing the amounts of selling fractional shares in the accounts of eligible shareholders will be on Tuesday, 14/11/2022.
