Al-Hammadi BOD recommends distributing SR56 mln cash dividends for Q4

Al-Hammadi Holding Company announced on Wednesday the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute SR56 million cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2022, equivalent to 3.5% of the nominal value of the share.
It explained that the number of shares due for dividends is 160 million shares, at SR0.35 per share, provided that the eligibility for profits is for the company’s shareholders who own shares on the due date, Thursday 12/8/2022, and are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the due date, and the date of Distribution 12/19/2022.
