AICC announces start of subscription phase and priority rights trading period… On Sunday

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. (AICC) announced on Sunday the period specification for right issues trading and new shares subscription (Reminder).
The eligible shareholders are those who own shares at the end of the trading day of the Extraordinary General Assembly and whose names appear in the Company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the day of the Extraordinary General Assembly which was held on 20/11/2022.
This comes as a reference to the announcement of the Arab Cooperative Insurance Company (“the company”) published on the Tadawul website on 11/22/2022, which includes specifying the period for trading priority rights and subscribing to new shares.
