Abdullah Al-Khorayef named as Chairman of BOD, Fahad Al-Khorayef as Managing Director

The Board of Directors of the Saudi Parts Center Company decided to appoint Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Khorayef as Chairman of the Board of Directors (non-executive member).
It also announced the appointment of Abdullah Hamad Al-Khorayef – the current member of the Board of Directors (non-executive member) – as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the appointment of Fahad Mohammed Al-Khorayef – Chief Executive Officer (Executive Member) – as Managing Director.
It also added that retaining the membership of Mr. Sultan Hazza Hamas Al-Asimi – an independent member of the Board of Director and 5- Retaining the membership of Mr. Mohammed Rashid Mohammed Aba Al-Khail – an independent member of the Board of Directors
These decisions will be presented to the first meeting of the next General Assembly
