ZOUJAJ profits increase to SR20.3 mln during Q3, by 6%

The National Company for Glass Industries (ZOUJAJ) revealed that the net profit after zakat and tax in the third quarter increased to SR20.3 million, compared to SR19.1 million in the same quarter of last year, by 6.2%.

This came after the announcement on Tuesday of the preliminary financial results for the period ending on September 30, 2022 (Nine Months).

The operational loss amounted to SR4.6 million in the third quarter, compared to a loss of SR5.2 million in the same quarter of the previous year, down by 11.5%.

The net profit after zakat and tax in the 9-month period amounted to SR92.7 million, compared to SR38.9 million in the same period last year, a growth of 138.3%.

The gross shareholders’ equity “without minority rights” amounted to SR700 million in the current period, compared to SR629.2 million in the same period last year, an increase of 11.2%.

Profits per share in the current period reached SR2.82, compared to SR1.18 in the same period last year.
