Walaa Insurance renews contract with Arab Bank to provide insurance coverage for Mortgage program amounting to SR54 mln

Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Sunday the renewal of an insurance agreement with Arab National Bank to provide insurance coverage on the Mortgage program.
The company expects the contract to have a positive impact on its financial results for the year 2022. It also confirms that the agreement was made within the normal course of business and did not grant any preferential benefits.
The Board member Mr. Hesham Al Jabr has an interest in the policy as he is a representative of Arab National Bank on the Board of Directors of the Company.
