Tihama: Court of Cassation rejects investor request, judgment issued in our favour is enforceable

The Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company announced on Wednesday that it has received a letter from the lawyer that Cassation Court has rejected the cassation request by Mr. Nasser bin Saleh Al-Sarami on the verdict issued in favour of the Company; accordingly the verdict issued in favour of the company became enforceable.
The company said on Wednesday on Tadawul will announce any material developments in this regard.
This comes with reference to the announcement by Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company of the ruling issued by the Dubai Court of Appeal rejecting the appeal submitted by the defendant on the Tadawul website on 20-02-2022. Company’s announcement on Tadawul dated 15-03-2022 that it has received a letter from the lawyer that Mr. Nasser bin Saleh Al-Sarami has submitted a cassation file on the verdict issued in favour of the Company
