Tibbiyah Announces Resignation of BOD Member Rami Farhat

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Company (“Tibbiyah”) announces that Mr. Rami Hassan Farhat resigned from his position as Non-executive Board member; for personal reasons, effective Thursday 20th October 2022
Thus, the Company Chairman and the Board members wish him all the best of success;
It is noted that the Board of Directors will work to appoint a member for the vacant position before the end of the current Board session, provided that the name of the new Board member will be announced subsequently in accordance with the regulations in force.
