Taleem REIT Fund distributes SR9 mln profits for Q3 to owners of its units

Saudi Fransi Capital announced on Monday the distribution of a cash dividend to Taleem REIT Fund unitholders for the period from 2 Dhu Al Hijah 1443H (corresponding to 1 July 2022) to 30 September 2022.
It added that the total distributed dividends are 9,180,000. The amount of dividends distributed per unit is0.18. The distribution ratio of the net assets value (%) is1.6 %with a distribution percentage of the net asset value as on 30.06.2022.
It also added that the dividends distributions will be paid within 15 business days.
The Fund Manager also reminds the unitholders to update their bank accounts to ensure that their outstanding profits are deposited directly in their accounts.
