Tadawul approves listing Government Debt Instruments worth ‎SR700 mln

Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of SAR (700,000,000) detailed as follow:

1. Increase in issuance 2021-08-08 (Tadawul code: 5312) by SAR 300,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 10,083,353,000.
2. Increase in issuance 2020-07-12 (Tadawul code: 5302) by SAR 300,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 7,950,000,000.
3. Increase in issuance 2022-03-15 (Tadawul code: 5323) by SAR 100,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 15,158,923,000.

 Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Thursday 20/10/2022.
