Sumou signs agreement with Adeer Asar Real Estate to manage infrastructure development of land in Riyadh
Sumou Real Estate Company announced on Monday signing of Infrastructure development agreement for a land in Riyadh City with Adeer Asar Real Estate Company for area more than 3 million sqm at 2-10-2022.
The company explained that it charges a development fee of 8% of the total project costs, and expects the project to have a positive impact from the date of signing the agreement, and for a period of up to 30 months.
