SPM Announces Start of Right Issues Trading, New Shares Subscription Period (Reminder)

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company announced on Sunday the commencement of the rights trading period and the subscription period for the new shares.
The Right Issuses and New Shares Subscription Period Start Date will be 2022-10-23.
Right Issues Trading Period End Date will be 2022-10-30.
Subscription in New Shares Period End Date will be 2022-11-02.
Eligible shareholders are those who own shares at the end of the trading day of the Extraordinary General Assembly and whose names appear in the Company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the day of the Extraordinary General Assembly which was held on (17/10/2022).
Investors who do not wish to subscribe should note the importance of selling their rights during the specified trading period; so as not to be exposed to a loss in the value of their investment portfolios as a result of not benefiting from their rights by sale or subscription, the company said.
The Company said it would like to stress the importance of reviewing the prospectus carefully and in full before making any investment decision in relation to the rights or the new shares.
