Salama deposits proceeds from selling fractional shares resulting from capital reduction in accounts of eligible shareholders…Tuesday

Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. announced on Sunday the completion of sale of fractional shares following the decrease of the company’s capital based on the approval of the extraordinary general assembly that was held on 16/08/2022.
Indicating that the amount returned from the sale of fractional shares is SR33,052, and the number of sold shares is 1271 shares, at an average of SR26 per share.
The date of depositing the amounts of selling fractional shares in the accounts of eligible shareholders will be September 18, 2022.
