Riyad Bank announces start of electronic voting on items of General Assembly

Riyad Bank reminded its valued shareholders that the electronic voting on the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting Agenda items will start on Wednesday 19/10/2022, and ends at the end of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting.
This comes with reference to Riyad Bank’s announcement on Tadawul website on 29/09/2022 regarding inviting the shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting) scheduled to be held at on Sunday23/10/2022 through personal attendance and virtually.
