Retal wins 5 awards at International Real Estate Awards

On Thursday evening, October 6, 2022, Retal Urban Development celebrated its winning of 5 awards during the International Property Awards 2022-2023 (International Property Awards), one of the most prominent international awards in the field of real estate and one of the most important real estate competitions that take place in the region that was carried out in the United Arab Emirates, particularly Dubai.

Retal Urban Development won five awards, starting with a prize in the mixed-use development category for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the Retal Business Court project located in Riyadh, won an award in the category of development and design of new hotels for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the Retal Rise project and Nobu Hotel in the city of Khobar, an award in the office development category for Saudi Arabia for Retal Business Center in the city of Khobar, and an award in the residential development category of 20+ units for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Retal Rise in addition to winning an award in the category of high-rise residential development units for Retal Rise in the city of Khobar.

After collecting 5 awards, one of which is a five-star category in the construction and design of new hotels for the Retal Rise project, the CEO of Retal M.
