Nasser Al-Huqbani, CEO of Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Company, resigns and assigns Faisal Al-Nassar to carry out duties of presidency

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group Company (“HMG”) announced on Sunday the Board of Director acceptance of the resignation of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Nasser Mohammed Al-Huqbani on 08 October 2022 due to his personal reasons, provided that it will be effective on 01 November 2022, while Mr. Nasser Mohammed Al-Huqbani continues to be a member of the Board of Directors of HMG and to amend his membership status to be a non-executive member as of 01 November 2022.
Further, the Board of Directors of HMG resolved on 08 October 2022 to assign Mr. Faisal Abdullah Al-Nassar as acting CEO of HMG effective on 01 November 2022,
The Board of Directors extends its sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Nasser Mohammed Al-Huqbani for his services and contributions to the progress of HMG during his tenure as CEO, wishing him continued success.
Mr. Faisal Abdullah Al-Nassar holds the Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the College of Industrial Management at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran. He assumes the position of a member of the Board of Directors, Chief Financial Officer of HMG since 2011 and member of the Board of Directors of all HMG’s subsidiaries.
