Najran Cement BOD appoints Ziad Aljared as member of Audit Committee

Najran Cement Company announced on Tuesday the approval of its Board of Director’s decision by passing on 17-10-2022 to appoint Mr. Ziyad bin Ibrahim bin Abdullah Aljared as a member of the Audit Committee (independent member of the Board of Directors) starting from 17-10 2022 for the current session which ends on 08-08-2025.
It added that Mr. Ziyad bin Ibrahim bin Abdullah Aljared holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University and has more than 17 years of managerial and operational experience in many public and private joint-stock companies such as SABIC and other companies, in addition to membership in a number of Boards of Directors. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Najran Cement Company (independent member).
The approval of the Board may not be deemed final, as this appointment will be presented to the first upcoming meeting of the General Assembly to ratify it.
