Mouwasat Medical Services company would like to announce completion of raising the capital of Jeddah Doctors Company, shareholding and purchase (51%) Fifty One percent of Jeddah Doctors Company, including management and operation in Jeddah Doctors Company, which owns under construction hospital in the name of Jeddah Doctors Hospital, with a value of only 102 million Saudi riyals.

The financial impact of this purchase will be reflected in the financial results for the third quarter of 2022
