Alkhorayef signs SR41.7 mln building lease contract with Real Estate Development for 5 years

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. announced on Monday it signed lease contract new Building with Inma Alasima for Real Estate Development Establishment.
It said in a statement on Tadawul on MondayAlkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. will Rent the new building in Scheme No. 2413 Al-Sahafa District in Riyadh, used for the headquarter of the company for 5 years, we notify that the value of the contract is SR41,687,500 million for a period of 5 years, to be paid 8,337,500 million annually, the beginning of the lease period starting from 01-04-2023.
It added that the financial impact started in the 4rd quarter of 2022
