Al-Habib’s Gharb Al-Takhassusi Hospital affiliated signs contract for MEP at SR244.2 mln

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group Company announced on Monday the approval of the Board in its meeting held on Sunday 23/10/2022 to award and sign the contract of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works for Maternity and Paediatric Hospital Project by its subsidiary (Gharb Al-Takhassusi Hospital for Healthcare) with MASAH Construction Company (a related party), and this contract will be presented to the next General Assembly as required by related law.
It explained that the duration of the contract is nine months, and she expects the project to have a financial impact on its results when it starts operating, which is expected to be in 2024. This contract will also be presented to the next general assembly in accordance with the relevant regulations.
