stc deposits fraction shares sale resulted from Capital Increase ‎into shareholders’ portfolios

Saudi Telecom Company (stc) announces the completion of selling the fractions of shares resulted from the Company’s Capital Increase, based on the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting, which includes Capital Increase, held on Tuesday 30-8-2022.

The company stated that the amount of return from the sale of fractional shares was 1.10 million riyals, with an average of 40.88 riyals per share, as the number of sold shares reached 26,979.

Today, the sums from the sale of fractional shares were deposited by direct transfer to bank accounts linked to the investment portfolios of STC shareholders through Riyad Bank.
