The Board of Directors of Sinad Holding Company is pleased to invite its shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (GA) (First Meeting) which scheduled to be held by means of modern technology on Wednesday 19/10/2022G corresponding to 23/03/1444H at (06:30) PM.
General Assembly Meeting Agenda:
1- Voting for election of the Board members from among the candidates for the next term, commencing from 27-10-2022G. for a term of three years, ending on 26-10-2025G. (Candidates’ CVs attached)
2- Voting on the formation of the Audit Committee, and the definition of its duties, work regulations and remuneration of its members for the new term, starting from 27-10-2022G. until the end of the term on 26-10-2025G. The following are the names of the candidates, (whose CVs are attached):

The Ordinary General Meeting shall be valid only if attended by shareholders representing at least half of the Share Capital. In case of non-completion of the quorum at this meeting, a second meeting will be held within one hour of the scheduled time for the first meeting. The second meeting shall be valid regardless of the number of shares represented.
