SICO Capital announces change in the membership of Directors ‎of SICO Saudi REIT Fund

SICO Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of SICO Saudi REIT Fund due to the appointment of the Board of Directors of the Fund Mr. Ibrahim Fatani (Non-independent member) and Mr. Mohannad Al-Khowailed (Non-independent member) of the date 04/10/2022 corresponding to 08/03/1444 H.

Additional Information:

Mr. Ibrahim Fatani is Head of Asset Management in SICO Capital. He has 16 years of professional experience in the financial sector and Asset Management field. Ibrahim managing and supervising all the investment activities including Mutual Funds, Real Estate Funds and, Discretionary Portfolio Management. Prior joining to SICO he worked as Head of Asset Management in MEFIC Capital for two years. Before MEFIC Capital, Ibrahim held several leadership positions in local and international investment firms including: Deutsche Securities Saudi Arabia, Alinma Investment, HSBC Saudi Arabia Limited, Credit Agricole Asset Management and Riyadh Bank.

Ibrahim holds a bachelor degree of Finance from Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Mohannad Al-Khowailed is the CEO of Eskan Development and Investment Company. He holds a Bachelor degree from Saint John University in Canada and a Master degree from London Business School. Mr. Mohannad has held many leadership positions in many companies. Prior joining Eskan Development and Investment Company, he held the position of CEO at AlKhowailed Real Estate Investments Company, Deputy CEO at Distinctive Elite Medical Co and Vice President at Aris Real Estate Company.
