Saudi Re GA amends two articles of company articles of association

Saudi Reinsurance Company (Saudi Re) announced on Tuesday the Results of the Extra Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, (Second Meeting) due to the non-completion of the required quorum at the first meeting. The Meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Board Mr. Hesham Al-Sheik. The percentage of attending shareholders is %26.1868.
Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:
1. Approval on the amendment of Article (15) of the Company’s Article of Association relating to the Company’s Management.
2. Approval on the amendment of Article (15) of the Company’s Article of Association relating to the Company’s Management.
