Saudi Enaya submits capital decrease application File to CMA

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. announced that it submitted today, Sunday, 02/08/1444 AH (corresponding to 04/09/2022 AD), a file for approval to reduce the capital to the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

The company will announce any future developments in this regard as they become available.

This comes in reference to the announcement of Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (Enaya) dated 08/18/2022 AD regarding the announcement of the Board of Directors’ recommendation to reduce the company’s capital and then increase the capital after the reduction.
