Sahem platform obtains CMA permit in financial technology

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved the request for a financial technology experiment permit submitted by Sahem Financial Platform Company to establish a platform for distributing investment funds and real estate investment funds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sahem Financial Platform Company, Eng. Mazen bin Muhammad Al-Daoud, thanked the Authority for its tangible role in the development of investment in the financial markets, especially the digital transformation in it, which made the Kingdom among the best financial investment markets. ‎

He stated that the Kingdom has promising opportunities in many investment opportunities, especially investment in real estate development, which was not available to all segments of society, and here comes the role of a platform that contributed to providing a unique digital experience that allows citizens and residents of the Kingdom within seconds and at any time and in Any place through the application or website to invest in real estate development projects with amounts starting from one thousand riyals only. We aim to launch the service during the fourth quarter of the current calendar year with our distinguished partners from fund managers and real estate developers in order to provide options and investment opportunities ‎ High quality that meets the aspirations of our customers while clarifying the investment risks in them.‎

The Vice-Chairman of the Board, Dr. Moaz bin Abdulaziz Al-Majed also commented that the Sahem financial platform works in accordance with the rules and requirements of the Capital Market Authority to provide governance that preserves the rights of dealers in all transparency, and we are keen on the continuity of developing internal policies and procedures to keep pace with the opportunities for developing governance and the requirements of the Market Authority future finances.
