SADAFCO announces formation of investment committee

SADAFCO announced on Monday the decision of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Sunday 18-09-2022 to form an “Investment Committee”, in which the members of the Committee were appointed from its date until the end of the board membership term on 31-03-2024, the members are:
1- Mr. Faisal Hamad Mubarak Al-Ayyar (Non-Executive Board Member)
2- Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Hamed Al-Marzouki (Independent Board Member)
3- Mr. Saeid Ahmed Saeid Basamh (Non-Executive Board Member)
4- Mr. Hani Abdulaziz Ahmed Saab (Independent Board Member)
5- Mr. Mussad Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Nassar (Executive Board Member)
