SABB extends of the nomination period for BOD Membership ‎for the Next Term

Further to the Bank’s announcement on 23/1/1444H corresponding to 21/8/2022 regarding the nomination period for membership on the Board of Directors for the next term beginning 8/6/1444H corresponding to 1/1/2023, the Bank announces the extension of deadline to submit nominations from Tuesday, 24/2/1444H corresponding to 20/9/2022 until Monday, 14/3/1444H corresponding to 10/10/2022 .Those who wish to nominate individuals for membership to the Board of Directors must submit applications for nomination fulfilling all the previously announced regulatory requirements.
